How it works

Together we’ll create a clear vision of what you want your life to be. We will explore who you want to be and how you want to be perceived. We’ll determine your personal motivation so that you can be the leader of your life with confidence. You’ll become a leader who exudes strength, confidence and grace. The leader you were meant to be.

The twelve sessions will be broken into three phases: Deep Dive + Orient, Empower + Educate, and Build + Thrive.

Deep Dive + Orient

Together, we evaluate your true self, your natural strengths and your own personal needs. We work to create a level of self-awareness that will then guide us in addressing the areas of your life you are most dissatisfied with.

Based on your goals, we tailor a plan for you to implement during the course of our sessions.

Empower + Educate

Once we’ve crafted your action plan, we build on your progress week by week. With actionable tools, techniques and accountability, I partner with you to create a new and empowered perspective on your life and to achieve balance.

Throughout the 12 weeks, we explore, review and experiment with these tools so that you possess different ways of seeing and acting in situations as they show up. I support you to address them with a new and unique perspective.

Build + Thrive

By the end of the Being in Balance Programme, you’ll experience different, better results. You’ll become a new, improved version of yourself. One that is empowered to handle every situation that comes your way with elegance and grace.

You’ll feel back in control and fulfilled because you now have tools and techniques to access as and when required. You’ll start to thrive as you feel back in flow with your life.

There will be a new level of serenity and grace about you and you will be able to step back into your life feeling in charge and in control and with renewed confidence.

What is the Being In Balance 1:1 programme?

The coaching programme is based on a unique combination of proven tools and techniques that have been created specifically for the unique personal and professional growth of women.

It draws on knowledge of science, psychology and a deep understanding of women to create holistic, yet practical tools and training for you to learn from and embrace.

Through 12-sessions of supportive coaching that is tailored to your personal style and preference, we safely explore the areas of your life that you know need to be ‘done’ differently.

How does the programme work?

The programme is a real-time, virtual coaching programme that is specifically designed to your unique needs.

You will experience 12 x 1 hour coaching sessions with your Certified coach. The sessions occur weekly via Skype.

After each session, you will receive summaries of the tools discussed in pdf or mp3 format. So that you can review and reflect on your insights between your sessions.
